Self-collection at our Bakehouse (Bayu Sentul, KL)


  1. Order must be collected within our specified business hours. Pickup after hours will not be entertained.
  2. No refund for failure of collection or cancellation.
  3. Please contact us directly and as soon as possible should you not be able to pickup on the collection date.



3rd party delivery (postage)


Using delivery services such as DHL Express.


  1. All delivery will be made on the evening of the baking day.
  2. Once bakes have left our premises, it is no longer within our control of the bakes’ condition upon receiving and we shall not be responsible for any mishandling by the runner. However we will make sure to pack your bakes properly and brief the runner to deliver your bakes with care.
  3. Should there be any dissatisfaction with the condition of the bakes upon receiving them, kindly contact us as soon as possible.
